Terms of service.

The service

UpNextFounder provides a white-label AI agency platform: branded demo pages with AI tools, client management, a client portal, onboarding forms and team seats. It also provides done-for-you builds ordered through the platform, and Growth Creator, a reel editor that runs in your browser. We improve the service continuously and will give notice before removing something you rely on.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your agency, including the people you invite. You must be able to enter a binding agreement to use the service.

Your clients and your content

You own your brand, your content and your client relationships. You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload, and that what you promise your clients is accurate. Demo pages must not be used to mislead anyone, and you must follow the law that applies to your business and your clients, including privacy and consumer law.

Price

The agency platform is free while we onboard founding agencies. Before any paid plan starts, we will tell you the price and give you notice, and nothing will be charged without your agreement. Done-for-you builds are quoted per order and are only charged after our team accepts the order and you agree the price. Growth Creator is free.

Done-for-you builds

Each accepted order is built to the scope agreed in the order, with two rounds of revisions included. Timelines depend on receiving the information the build needs, which is what the onboarding forms collect.

Fair use

Monthly usage limits apply to demos, audits, chat messages and voice sessions so the service stays fast for everyone. Don’t use the service to send spam, attack other systems, scrape other people’s sites at scale, or upload anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI output

AI receptionists, chat assistants, audits and suggestions can be wrong. Review what they say before relying on it, and don’t present example numbers as real results.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your agency. We may end the service with reasonable notice, and we will let you export your data first.
